  1. Autumn feels like my time of year!  I love all the cliches; the rich and vibrant colours the season brings; crisp walks on cold but sunny days; the nights drawing in so you can get cosy.  Maybe selfishly, it's beacuse it's when my birthday and wedding anniversary falls too.  At home it's the time of year when celebrations start and you can begin to look forward to Christmas!

So when Holly and Josh asked me to work with them, creating a scheme for a fully seasonal, scrumptious Autumn wedding I was really excited to get started.  Ideas were developed from a simple starting point of their chosen colour pallette; olive greens with rich rust, burgundy and orange tones.

  2. Tara and Ashley had a clear idea of the colours they wanted from the first consultation  - bright and bold oranges and yellows!  A firm favourite combination not just for Tara but for the close family too.

When we first met, the venue was an important starting point for developing ideas for the florals.  Tara and Ashley had booked their date at the gorgeous Manor Farm Barn in Marsh Gibbon.  This is a beautiful barn conversion designed specifically for weddings and events in the grounds of a working farm.  They have kept lots of the original features with exposed wooden beams and stone walls creating a beautiful and rustic charm.
