A Winter wedding at the Tythe Barn, Launton
Posted on
It's come to the last wedding of 2025 and The Tythe Barn in Launton is the perfect setting for a December wedding. This barn venue, sat within beautiful grounds, has full on cosy vibes with sparkley fairy lights, leather seats to sink into at the bar and a log burner roaring in the courtyard.

Rozalia and Jake wanted to make a small nod towards Christmas in their wedding scheme, opting for neutral tones with a little burgundy and blush pink. Sesaonal foliage, including pine, eucalytus and berries, created a seasonal feel bringing a fabulous scent of Christmas too. Opulent velvet ribbon and diamante finishing touches brought that rich and luxurient feel associated with this time of year and complemented the Bridesmaids' burgundy dresses beautifully.

The tables were kept simple. Long banquet tables were decorated with long foliage runners. To tie in with the Winter feel, Rozalia and Jake had made name places using fir cones; a fabulous finishing touch.
To make full use of this foliage for the whole day we created huge bunches of foliage and berries to mark the entrance to the barn as well as to decorate the top of the aisle. These were swiftly seperated and laid down the lengths of the guest tables and sweetheart table after the ceremony, ready for the wedding breakfast.
